Litigation<\/h3>

  1. In the event of disputes arising out of the insurance contract, the policyholder can assert his claims against the leading insurer, represented by the head of VSW, Biebricher Allee 2, 65187 Wiesbaden, on account of his share. The same applies to third parties if they have a direct claim against the insurer pool.<\/li>
  2. The participating insurers both recognise the decision which has become final and absolute against the leading insurer and the settlement concluded by the latter with the policyholder after pendency and accept it as binding for themselves.<\/li>
  3. If the share of the leading insurer falls short of the amount in dispute, the policyholder is entitled and, at the request of the leading insurer or one of the participating insurer, obliged to extend the action to a second insurer, and if necessary, to further insurers until this amount is met. If this demand is not met, clause 2 shall not apply.<\/li><\/ol><\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\n\t
